Event Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to events delivered by CrammondMEDIA.

Covid19 Clause / Club Licensing: In event of a Government-ordered Lockdown, Club Licensing issue outside our control, or reduction in numbers, CrammondMEDIA reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel the event, or reduce the number of guests allowed. If a reduction in numbers is ordered, the event will prioritise those who ordered by date and time of order on a first-come, first-served basis. So book early!

Prices: All prices are inclusive of GST.

Event: CrammondMEDIA reserves the right to change the event at any time. Every effort will be made to ensure an event of equivalent standard.

Full ticket refunds: will be available if the event is cancelled, in accordance with TRYbooking conditions.

Behaviour: CrammondMEDIA reserves the right to prohibit entry of any person to an CrammondMEDIA event, or eject any person from an CrammondMEDIA event based on behaviour deemed inappropriate by CrammondMEDIA staff and/or its agents and others working under its authority.

Canvassing by you: is strictly prohibited at CrammondMEDIA events and forums. Promotional materials may not be distributed at the event/forum except by event sponsors. Any person violating this policy will be asked to leave the event and CrammondMEDIA members may have their membership revoked.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be received in writing. A $20 administration fee will apply for all paid event cancellations made within one week prior to the event, or the registration closing date whichever comes first, unless stated otherwise in the specific event terms and conditions. No refunds will be given after this date.

Privacy notice: CrammondMEDIA is concerned with the protection of your privacy. We support the privacy principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Australia), as amended. CrammondMEDIA collects and stores your personal information for the purposes of providing membership services, education and training programs. Here is how your data may be used: Communication from CrammondMEDIA: CrammondMEDIA may use your details to promote products and services in the form of email communications and/or other types of communication. Send an email to Kerryn@CrammondMedia.com if you would prefer not to receive communications from CrammondMEDIA. For the purposes of the event: your details will be provided to parties directly related to the event including the conference registration manager and any third party venue, if applicable. Communication from 3rd parties: event sponsors and exhibitors may be provided with your details following the event. There is an 'opt out' option on the registration form should you not wish for your details to be shared with the event sponsors and exhibitors. Alternatively email Kerryn@CrammondMedia.com to opt out.

Image Release: In registering for CrammondMEDIA events, you grant permission to CrammondMEDIA, its agents and others working under its authority, to take and to have full and free use of video/photographs containing your image/likeness. It is understood these images may be used for promotional, news, online/multimedia, research and/or educational purposes by and for CrammondMEDIA. You agree that you are not entitled to remuneration, residuals, royalties or any other payment from CrammondMEDIA in respect of your image/likeness or its use. You release, discharge, and hold harmless, CrammondMEDIA and its agents from any and all claims, demands or causes of actions that you may hereafter have by reason of anything contained in the photographs or video. Should you not agree to the above image release, you must advise CrammondMEDIA by email at Kerryn@CrammondMedia.com

Registration and Payment: Payment in full is required by the event date in order to attend. 

Substitutions: Should you be unable to attend, you may send one substitute in your place. CrammondMEDIA must be notified of all substitutions prior to the event.

Non-Appearance: The appearance of the International Space Station is outside the control of CrammondMedia. If NASA changes the orbit / timing, no refunds will be given.
